The Owl you could say is gifted with superpowers from precision hearing, extraordinary eyesight, night vision, rotating neck and silent flight. It is no wonder then that for centuries, spanning different cultures the Owl has been a great source for mythology.
From spiritual beliefs of good or bad omens it was one of the Australian Aboriginal myths that resonated with me most. Owls represent the souls of women so are therefore sacred because your ‘Sister is an Owl’ and the ‘Owl is your Sister’.
